Day 1: On arrival at Maun you are met by a charter company for transfer in light aircraft to Xaxanaka airstrip, where staff will await group's arrival at approximately 14h30. Load luggage and stop for a light bush lunch en route to our camp, Game drive to camp through Moremi with its wilderness of rivers anc lagoons and its majestic scenery. Shown to tents. Enjoy the sounds of the bush and relax around the campfire with a sundowner before dinner Overnight in exclusive wilderness area near Xaxanaka.Day 2: After a wake up call at sunrise, we depart on a full morning's game drive exploring the region and its rich variety of game. Mid morning we return to camp for a delicious brunch. Time now to shower and relax. An afternoon, snack before a boating excursion on the Xaxanaka Lagoons a profusion of birdlife, lily covered water, flanked with high papyrus, Enjoy the peace and tranquillity as the sun sets over the lagoons. Back to camp and the campfire before dinner. Overnight Xaxanaka in exclusive wilderness area.
Day 3: Breakfast prior to departure on an interesting ,riverine route with a bush lunch stop. Our route continues north, and traversing Moremi's magnificent forests, we eventually arrive at our campsite on the Kwai River. Showers, campfire dinner and overnight in an exclusive wilderness area in the very special Kwai River region.
Day 4: A predawn start on a morning's game drive along the Kwai River followed by brunch at camp. Time then to shower, rest and relax. Afternoon tea and further exploration of the Kwai area. Return to camp once more at sundown. The special sensation of relaxing around the camp fire before dinner is served in dining tent. Overnight exclusive wilderness area near Kwai River.
Day 5: After breakfast we leave Moremi Wildlife Reserve to embark on an interesting day's drive through mopane and combretum forest and over sand ridges to arrive Chobe National Park's South Gate. Passing the great plains of the Mababe Depression, we make our way to the Savuti channel. Bush lunch en route. An afternoon game drive brings us to our Savuti campsite. Welcome hot shower before sundowners around the campfire followed by dinner. Our first night in Savuti's wonderful wilderness.
Day 6: A dawn game drive to explore this fascinating region and its abundance of game. The Savuti marsh teams with life and the area is known for its predators, this is home of the big cats. After brunch, rest and recreation prior, to the afternoon game drive. Tea is served before we visit Savuti's famous waterhole a magnet which draws wildlife activity. At camp, hot showers, campfire and dinner awaits you. Our second night at camp in Savuti.
Day 7: An early breakfast before we drive to the Ngoma gate, entrance to Chobe National Park's northern area. Our route traverses forest reserves and traditional Botswana villages. A bush lunch in the park and a game drive along the Chobe River to see the huge elephant herds for which this region is famous. Sundowners from a look out point along the Chobe before we reach our campsite. Relax, around the campfire with a welcome sundowner before dinner. Overnight Chobe River wilderness area.
Day 8: An early morning game drive exploring the Chobe flood plains and return to camp at mid morning where brunch has been prepared. Leisure time and perhaps a siesta prior to game viewing on a Chobe River cruise which provides unique sightings of wildlife quenching their first at the river's edge. Return to camp for our farewell dinner. Overnight Chobe in exclusive wilderness area.
Day 9: Following breakfast we transfer you to Victoria Falls to a hotel of your choice or arrangements can be made for your transfer direct to Victoria Falls Airport.
