Discover the real Africa with us. Around the campfire at night beneath the stars, listening to the calls of the wild in the heart of the "game country". We camp in secluded bush camps within the Moremi Wildlife Reserve and Chobe National Park. DAY 1: MAUN - BUSH CAMP You are welcomed at Maun airport by your guide and you transfer to a remote bush camp near Maun. You relax around the campfire in the evening, under the bright stars of the Southern hemisphere. DAYS 2 & 3: MAUN - OKAVANGO AREA OF MOREMI RESERVE We travel to our secluded bush camp in the Okavango area of the Moremi Reserve where we undertake afternoon game drives and a boat exploration cruise on the channels and lagoons. DAYS 4 & 5: MOREMI WILDLIFE RESERVE The reserve is situated in the north eastern corner of the Okavango Delta. It is a pure wilderness area of great beauty, rich green vegetation, palm trees, teeming with birdlife and a vast population of wild animals. We travel to the Kwai flood plains and enjoy early morning and late afternoon game drives. DAYS 6,7,8 & 9: CHOBE NATIONAL PARK The 11 600 km.sq park contains one of the largest concentrations of wild animals in Africa, particularly lion, hyena and a number of other predators. Vast herds of buffalo, zebra, kudu, lechwe, puku, elephant and many others, feed in these marshes while hippo and crocodile inhabit the waterways. Chobe is famous for its beautiful scenery and magnificent sunsets. In the evenings we may see large herds of elephant drinking at the river. DAYS 10 & 11: VICTORIA FALLS / LIVINGSTONE We travel to the Victoria Falls - without doubt one of the greatest and most spectacular sights where the waters of the mighty Zambezi River tumble down in continuous thunder. There are various optional excursions: a flight over the falls, sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, Bungee Jumping, White Water Rafting and more. Two nights Hotel/ Lodge accommodation with breakfast. Lunch and dinner for your account. Days at leisure. DAY 12: VICTORIA FALLS / LIVINGSTONE Transfer to Air Zimbabwe terminal to join the shuttle bus transfer to the airport. The shuttle transfer is for your own expense. US$ 12.00 per person. This safari starts in Maun, Botswana and finishes in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. Also available in reverse direction. Very Limited Participation Camping Safari. Safari includes accommodation of 9 nights camping and 2 nights hotel. All meals when camping. Wine is served with evening meal when camping.
