DAY 1: MAUN - BUSH CAMP

We are welcomed at Maun airport by our guide and we transfer to a remote camp near Maun. An optional aerial flight over the Okavango Delta is possible in the late afternoon (payable locally). We relax around the campfire in the evening, under the bright stars of the Southern hemisphere.

 

DAY 2: MAUN - OKAVANGO AREA OF MOREMI WILDLIFE RESERVE

We travel via South Gate to our secluded bush camp in the Okavango area of the Moremi Reserve where we undertake an afternoon game drive.

 

DAYS 3 & 4: OKAVANGO AREA OF MOREMI

The reserve is situated in the north eastern corner of the Okavango Delta. It is a pure wilderness area of great beauty with rich green vegetation, palm trees, teeming with birdlife and a vast population of wild animals. We spend our time exploring the reserve during game drives and boat explorations on the channels and lagoons.

 

DAYS 5 & 6: MOREMI WILDLIFE RESERVE

We travel to the Khwai flood plains and enjoy early morning and late afternoon game drives. We have sufficient time to relax, read and unwind.

 

DAY 7: MOREMI - MAUN

We return to Maun at +14h00 and transfer to the airport. The itinerary will depend on local conditions and may operate in the reverse direction.

Very Limited Participation Safari:

Participants erect and dismantle their tent. A camp assistant is available.

Group size: 8-13 participants.

 

Price Includes: 6 nights camping, all meals and wine in the evening.

Transfers to and from Maun Airport at the beginning and end of the safari.

Price Excludes: Flight to, from and within Africa, visa costs, drinks,

airport taxes, additional accommodation before or after the safari.
