DAY 1: JOHANNESBURG - TSHIPISE
We depart at 06h30 from the Randburg Towers, in Randburg, north of Johannesburg and travel via the great north road to setup our camp at the hot springs of Tshipise.
DAY 2: BULAWAYO - ZIMBABWE
The city is the administrative centre of Matabeleland, the northern home of the Ndebele people, lying at 1 356m above sea level on a plateau summit of the central ridge of Zimbabwe.
DAY 3/4/5: VICTORIA FALLS/ LIVINGSTONE
The Victoria Falls is without doubt one of the greatest and most spectacular sights where the waters of the mighty Zambezi River tumble down in continuous thunder. Various optional excursions are available:- A flight over the mighty falls on a microlight, white river rafting, river boarding, bungi jumping, or a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Days at leisure.
DAY 6 ZAMBEZI CANOEING
We travel through Southern Zambia and setup our camp on the banks of the Zambezi River at Kiambi Camp.
DAY 7/8 ZAMBEZI CANOEING
We board our canoes for 2 days canoeing on the Zambezi River. Whilst paddling down the gentle current, relax and enjoy the numerous species of game and birds at close quarters. The harmonious interaction of the animals is combined with a profound sense of peace and tranquillity. We enjoy the solitude and remoteness of our bush camp.
DAY 9: LOWER ZAMBEZI
We travel back to Kiambi Camp, either by vehicle or by boat. The area along the river has a population of buffalo, waterbuck, hippo, elephant, lion, zebra, hyena, leopard and numerous species of birds. Kiambi Camp offers superb views over the Zambezi and Kafue Rivers.
DAY 10: KUBURI WILDERNESS - LAKE KARIBA
Situated on the shores of Lake Kariba, the Kuburi Wilderness area offers a stunningly beautiful lake shore, with a range of mountains forming a splendid backdrop to the magnificent Lake Kariba - the world's second largest man-made dam. We may see herds of buffalo, elephant, impala and numerous other species of wildlife.
DAY 11: HARARE
We travel to Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, to replenish our food supplies.
DAY 12: CHICAMBA - MOÇAMBIQUE
We enter Moçambique via the scenic Eastern Highland Mountains dotted with numerous African villages.
DAY 13/14: INHASSORO - MOÇAMBIQUE
Our camp is installed near a beautiful beach with white sand, under mahogany trees which provide shade from the sun. An optional day excursion by boat to Santa Carolina island, which is part of the Bazaruto Archipelago, is possible at your own expense.
DAY 15/16/17: PRAIA DE MORRUNGULO - MOÇAMBIQUE
Our delightfully pleasant campsite under the coconut trees, near the wide deserted beaches, allows us to swim during the day in the warm water of the bay. Several optional excursions such as snorkelling, diving/fishing day excursions to Praia de Pomene are available at your own expense.
DAY 18: PRAIA DO BILENE - MOÇAMBIQUE
We camp under beautiful shady trees alongside the Bilene lagoons. We relax and explore the small town nearby, or swim in the clear waters of the lagoon.
DAY 19/20: KRUGER NATIONAL PARK
We spend the last 2 days of our journey in this famous wildlife sanctuary, one of the oldest in Africa. During game drives we observe numerous species of animals and birds.
DAY 21: KRUGER NATIONAL PARK - JOHANNESBURG
We return at +-16h00 to the Randburg Towers, in Randburg, Johannesburg.
The itinerary will depend on local conditions and will sometimes run in reverse.

GRADING: Full Participation SafariAccommodation: 20 Nights camping.
Meals: All meals when camping, except 1 dinner in Victoria Falls/ Livingstone.
Group Size: 10-20 participants.
Canoeing: We canoe between 25-30km, for a period of 5-7 hours per day, including a lunch break. No previous canoeing experience is necessary, however participants must be fit and in good health.
Transfers: Private transfers are available in Johannesburg (+-USD15 p/p) on request.
Important: Not recommended to participants over 45 years.
PRICE INCLUDES:
· 20 nights camping with all meals, except 1 dinner in Victoria Falls.
PRICE EXCLUDES:
· Flights to, from and within Africa.
