Located on the east coast, Le Prince Maurice is a five star de-luxe hotel
of supreme luxury. Named after Prince Maurice Van Nassau, the pioneer
of the spice trade in the Indian Ocean, Le Prince Maurice opened its doors

Surrounded by luxuriant tropical gardens, the rooms face either the beach of white sand or the blue lagoon and have peerless views. The cuisine at Le Prince Maurice superbly demonstrates the flavours of the spice islands. The unique Le Barachois restaurant floats on the lagoon.
